Twenty five years ago, film enthusiast Jim Stovall had a great idea that would make television more accessible for the blind and visually impaired. Stovall lost his eyesight to an eye disease, but his passion has secured him opportunities working closely with film directors. He’s since been able to work in making film and television more enjoyable for the visually impaired in exciting, innovative ways.
